We start by listening. You describe the problem, the bottleneck, or the product idea. No pitch deck from us — just questions to understand whether and how we can help. You leave with an honest read on feasibility.
1–3 days
We map your workflows, data sources, integrations, and technical constraints in depth. For larger projects we run a paid discovery sprint. For smaller ones this happens in a second call. Either way, you end up with a shared understanding of the full scope before any code is written.
2–5 days
You receive a scope document covering deliverables, milestones, timeline, and price. Fixed-scope projects are quoted with a firm price. Retainer and T&M arrangements are quoted as a monthly or hourly rate. No surprises after you sign.
Ongoing
We set up a staging environment in week one and hold bi-weekly check-ins throughout the project. You see progress early and often. Final delivery includes source code, documentation, and a handover call.
We adapt to how you work. Most projects start fixed-scope; some evolve into retainers.
Defined deliverables, firm price, predictable timeline. You know what you're getting and what it costs before we start. Best for MVPs, tooling builds, and well-defined automation projects.

A fixed allocation of engineering hours each month. We act as an extension of your team — handling features, maintenance, and iteration without the overhead of a new contract every time. Minimum 3-month commitment.
Good for
Hourly rate billed weekly. Best when requirements are genuinely unclear or evolving. You can start quickly, adjust scope mid-flight, and stop without penalty. Works well alongside an in-house team.

We scope every project individually after discovery — the same output can require significantly different work depending on your existing stack and integrations. These ranges are a calibration, not a price list. After a discovery call we give you a written estimate with no obligation to proceed.
