01.Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the software development, automation, and integration services provided by Orfys Technologies ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you or the entity you represent and Orfys Technologies regarding your use of our proprietary automation systems and consulting services.

02.Scope of Services

Orfys specializes in custom software development and workflow automation. The specific scope, deliverables, and timelines for each project will be defined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or Service Agreement signed by both parties.

• Software Engineering and Maintenance
• Integration Architecture and Deployment
• Business Process Automation (BPA)
• Data Analytics and Visualisation

04.Confidentiality

Both parties agree to protect and maintain the confidentiality of any non-public information disclosed during the term of the engagement. This includes technical specifications, business strategies, and financial data. Orfys maintains rigorous security standards for all developer environments and production pipelines.

06.Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Orfys be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the services. Our total liability for any claim arising under these terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the six (6) months preceding the event.

07.Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement upon thirty (30) days' written notice if the other party materially breaches these terms and fails to cure such breach within the notice period. Upon termination, the Client shall pay for all services rendered and expenses incurred up to the date of termination.
